A Cannes first for Africa
As a first for South Africa, and Africa, Net#work BBDO has been shortlisted as a finalist for a Cannes Glass Lion Glass. The Lion for Change celebrates culture-shifting creativity. Net#work entered the launch of VaginaVarsity, an industry changing campaign for femcare company Libresse.
Entries needed to demonstrate ideas intended to change the world, work that sets out to positively impact ingrained gender inequality, imbalance or injustice. The Glass Lion recognises work that implicitly or explicitly addresses issues of gender inequality or prejudice, through the conscious representation of gender in advertising.
The Lion for Change will be awarded tonight, June 19.
